A Message to Our Customers
Winnebago Motor Homes has been a family-owned business operating in Rockford, Illinois, since 1967. Throughout those 52+ years, we have never encountered the type of situation we all face today. It truly has been a difficult time these past several days for all of us, and we are clearly in unprecedented times as we all work together to deal with the consequences of COVID-19.
We continue to operate within our regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. While the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) is expanding across the globe, we wanted to share with you some of the procedures that we now have in place to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Updates to Our Current Procedures:
- Increase frequency and duration of handwashing
- Additional cleaning with disinfectant wipes and/or bleach of commonly touched surfaces
- Discontinue personal contact between employees and customers, including handshaking
- Additional sanitizing resources for employees and customers
- Closely monitor and adapt recommendations and guidelines outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our employees and customers as needs arise.
