Job Summary
We are looking for an RV Service Technician to join our successful dealership service center.
As an RV Service Technician, you will be responsible for prepping and detailing units for customer delivery and explaining proper operation of vehicle systems to customers. Must read work orders or examine vehicles needing repair to determine the nature and extent of damage. Diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. We specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. You must be comfortable using the dealership’s computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.
If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

- Physical Demands: Requires significant amount of physical activity: limited lifting and carrying (up to 50 lbs.), bending, climbing (up to 5 ft.), pushing, pulling, standing, walking, kneeling, and traveling by vehicles. Vision in the normal visual range with or without correction. Sense of touch and the ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment required.
- Work Environment: Work is performed in a combined indoor and outdoor setting.
- Equipment: general auto mechanic equipment, production mowing equipment, snow removal equipment, truck, carts and other fleet vehicles, hand and power tools, general office equipment.

Applicants must have a good understanding of how to diagnose, write-up, and repair issues in new and used RVs. Potential candidates should have knowledge in a variety of areas pertaining to gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, towing systems, generators, appliances, carpentry, and interior components.
